Not me. All directors have actors they like to work with. I think they work together very, very well. Just because they have done it often in the past doesn't mean they should stop. Especially since the results are good. Why would anyone desert a good relationship just because they have been in it for a while. Lol! Its kind of like saying, I think Ill trade in my wife. Bio-diesel is still just diesel. That much fuel in one spot without the environmental permits and inspections and you will be doing time in federal prison. The EPA and OSHA would get all bent about it as would the state department of natural resources.
If you need to have that much fuel on hand, then call a local truck stop or local heating oil supplier and ask them what the regs are and what type of tank and permits are required. You might find it much cheaper to lease space in someones existing tank than to buy/build your own.
